Throughout her career Lyndsay MacEwen has been involved in selling quality products directly to consumers. This included running a business selling clothes to residents living in sheltered houses and care homes in the north east of Scotland. This gave her first hand experience of the special needs of people with painful joints, or a lack of mobility. She launched www.bed-jackets.com in 2007, and has now expanded the range to include a collection of products, which will provide warmth and comfort to people of all ages. Living in the highlands of Scotland Lyndsay knows it is not only the elderly who feel the cold. She regularly sits at the computer wearing angora fingerless gloves and a fleecy wrap!
